Figs contain Vitamin B6 which is known for reducing morning sickness. Vitamins B6 boosts the production of amino acids, fats, carbohydrates and proteins in the body. Vitamin B6 is essential for baby’s brain development and his healthy nervous system.

1. Fresh: The best way to have fig when it’s in its fresh form. You can have it in your late afternoon snack time.
2. Dried Figs in Your Hand Bag: Keep some dried figs in your hand bag. You can have them at odd time cravings.
3. Sweets: To satisfy your pregnancy taste buds, in case you’ve developed cravings for sweets, you can have it in milk shake, or halwa or ice cream.
4. Salads: You can either eat fresh figs directly or add them to your healthy and yummy salad.
