Educational and Fun TV Shows for Babies
Though we discourage the practice of showing too much of television to the kids but a little Television is harmless. We bring you a list of some of handpicked shows that you can show your 1 year old onwards babies. Not only are these cartoon shows engaging but also help you teach your babies some good habits and improve their social skills.
1. Sesame Street
Probably the oldest TV series which had started in 1969 on American Television & it has won numerous awards that one can count on fingers. One of the most loved shows ever. There are loads of characters residing on sesame street, colorful & educating kids about many things in a fun way like colors, counting etc.
2. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
Not just the babies but this show can be nostalgic for all of us. I remember watching Mickey Mouse & Donald duck cartoons as a kid & since then there has been a lot improvisations done to the cartoons. Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Daisy & Donald hanging around a clubhouse look absolutely adorable & is really enjoyable for the babies.
3. Billy Bam Bam
It’s about two lovable siblings, Billy & Bam Bam, who love to play together. These characters can engage babies as they are very vibrant & a few series also features the importance of eating healthy food & also liking it.
This series is available on youtube. It revolves around 4 cute teletubbies characters named Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po. They have television fitted on their stomachs where they watch real kids’s stories. The teletubbies are sure to be a big hit as it was with my son when he was a toddler.

It revolves around 4 pinplings Nok Tok, De Li, Lau Lau and Yojoj. The pimplings not only highlight the importance of yoga & how to do it the fun way but also encourage the kids to solve the problems by being imaginative.
