Who Am I
So first off I want to state the obvious that I am a man. So why am I talking to you about how to make your lady curves show? Well, I do have a background in fitness and specifically with women’s fitness. I have worked with women on helping them get rid of excess belly fat as well as eating the right foods.
But today I am going to talk about my wife. She has recently been on a mission to have more round hips. She has been working with women who also are looking for a more “womanly” body shape.
The Same Old Thing
One of my least favorite things about exercise and healthy eating is that I seem to find the same stuff all the time. Eat healthy foods and do exercise. But that will never change. I guess the other options are medical treatments like surgery or drugs but we won’t venture there.
I think the way to approach this is finding the right exercise and the right diet. So step one is eat healthy and exercise. If you are starting from scratch then just do something. Get up and do some jumping jacks, take a walk around the neighborhood, eat an apple, anything.
