• Get your first morning meal soon after you wake up
• Choose breakfast which is healthy and energetic: oats, dalia, paratha or a fruit/soaked almonds/a glass of milk
• Eat small meals with short intervals throughout the day
• No fluid 30 minutes before or after the meal
• Try amla or amla candies (hormonal changes may or may not accept it)
• Take enough rest
• Drink lots of water to stay hydrated (take sips)
• Say no to intense flavours or aromas
• Welcome bland foods
• Sleep early
All the women don’t experience morning sickness or nausea but a lot of them do and it adds to the pregnancy nuisances. You can get rid of this annoying problem just by altering your diet a bit and following a healthy routine.
