Simple Egg Breakfast Ideas

Microwave Egg Bake

• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons cream
• ½ cup diced mushrooms
• Oil/butter to grease the microwave baking dish/bowl
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grease your microwave baking dish/bowl with oil or butter and keep aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk egg, cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Add mushrooms and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture in the greased microwave baking dish.
5. Microwave in the segments of 60 seconds or 30 seconds till the center of the egg sets in.
6. Remove the dish/bowl. Let it cool a bit.
7. Eat when warm.

Cheese Omelet with Olives and Mushroom

Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 2 slices cheese
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil/olive oil
• 1/3 cup diced mushrooms
• 1/3 cup sliced olives
• Salt to taste
(You can add more vegetables of your choice to this recipe. )
Instructions:
1. Pour 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and warm it on medium heat.
2. Add olives and mushrooms and saute these on low heat.
3. Add salt.
4. Remove veggies and keep aside.
5. Whisk eggs in a tall glass.
6. Add one tablespoon oil in skillet and heat it on low heat.
7. Pour whisked eggs on the skillet.
8. When eggs fluff up put cheese slices on omelet and veggies on slices.
9. When omelet is done. Roll them up and serve.

Scrambled egg with cheese

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• Any other herb like oregano, per your taste
• Oil to grease microwave dish
Instructions:
1. Grease a microwave dish with oil.
2. Add eggs and milk and beat till they have blended well.
3. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
4. Stir well.
5. Microwave for 30-45 seconds (till eggs have set).
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add grated cheese on the top.
8. Serve warm.
